Sloth Care deck & guidebook - Signed!

The Sloth Care Deck and Guidebook was created to deliver messages of self-care. The deck asks us to live life at our own pace. Self-care is not always a matter of doing nothing, but sometimes to do what we need to do...just as fast as we can, rather than comparing ourselves to others.

There are 40 cards, with one central image on each, illustrated by Joanna Nelson.
The ring bound guidebook is slightly larger than the deck, ensuring that all users have space to make notes about their own sloth care journey.
Trish has also designed a journal to go with this deck, which is available with the main deck as a gift set.
